🚫 You CANNOT:

• ❌ Claim copyright ownership of the original, unedited content

• ❌ Resell or share the Canva or source design files

• ❌ Give away resell or commercial rights to your customers unless specifically permitted

• ❌ Submit content as your own for print-on-demand platforms that require original IP (e.g., Amazon KDP)

• ❌ Use to mislead, deceive or make false claims

Unless otherwise noted, each PLR product is sold with a Standard PLR License. If a product has Extended PLR Rights or No Resell Rights, it will be clearly noted on the product page.

Always refer to the specific product’s license or README file for any unique limitations.

You are solely responsible for how you use, represent, and distribute the PLR materials you purchase from She Scales Digital.

We do not accept any liability for:

• Platform takedowns or account warnings

• Copyright or trademark disputes resulting from unlicensed edits or misuse

• Misrepresentations made by the purchaser using the content

Please use all PLR assets ethically and legally.

🔹 Can I sell this on Etsy or Shopify?
Yes, as long as you are selling a final product (like a branded PDF or workbook) and not the original source files.

🔹 Can I use this in client work?
Yes — you can customize and use it for clients, as long as you don't pass on the source files or PLR license.

🔹 What if I receive a copyright complaint?
You are responsible for how the content is used, so be sure to edit and brand it uniquely to avoid platform issues. Always use PLR responsibly.

🔹 Can I publish this on Amazon KDP?
We do not recommend it unless the content is significantly edited, reformatted, and reviewed for originality and compliance.

She Scales Digital provides Private Label Rights (PLR) content as a business-to-business digital asset. Once PLR materials are purchased, downloaded, or used, full legal responsibility for how that content is edited, represented, sold, or distributed rests entirely with the purchaser.

• ✅ She Scales Digital is not liable for misuse, misrepresentation, or unethical marketing practices involving PLR content after it has been accessed by the buyer or shared in any form.

We strongly advise that you:

• 🚫 Avoid including names, brands, medical claims, or potentially infringing material without proper clearance

By completing your purchase, you waive any right to hold She Scales Digital legally or financially liable for any issues arising from your use of PLR content.
